Think! is the "most sustainable brand" according to a recent study by the German textile industry. We are very pleased about that. By the way, this is not the first award, we are pioneers in sustainability. Think! was the first shoe manufacturer to be certified with both the Austrian Eco-label and the Blue Angel.

Why sustainable shoes?

Sustainability is not a trend for us, but an attitude. Producing ecologically and fairly is part of the DNA of Think!. We design our shoes in Upper Austria and produce exclusively in Europe. We keep transport routes short. We use environmentally friendly materials - from chrome-free tanned leather and shoe laces made of organic cotton to FSC®-certified rubber soles. We ensure fair and good working conditions. Because our shoes should be good - for everyone, customers, employees and nature.

The Blue Angel

There are many environmentally relevant factors in shoe production - from the tanning of the leather and the choice of materials to the finishing and logistics. Customers can hardly keep track of all this. The German "Blue Angel" seal of quality takes care of this. It guarantees high standards throughout the entire production chain. We at Think! share these demands and values. By buying shoes that have been awarded the Blue Angel, our customers are helping to protect the environment and health. Nature is happy - and so are we.

The Austrian Eco-Label

The Austrian eco-label recognises products that meet high environmental standards in production, do not use chemicals that are hazardous to health, have good usage properties and in which attention has been paid to compliance with occupational safety and rights in production. In short: the eco-label aims to provide orientation for the consumption of sustainable products. And that is exactly what we at Think! are all about: we want to make shoes that are good for everyone - our customers, employees and nature.
