At Think!, we pay particular attention to quality when manufacturing shoes so that wearers can enjoy their shoes for as long as possible. Disposing of broken shoes is not an option for us. We prefer to repair them.
In cooperation with our retailers, we operate our own repair service at our site in Kopfing, Upper Austria. Every year, we give around 1,000 pairs of shoes a second life.
Where can you have your Think! shoes repaired?
There are various options and it depends on where they were purchased:
- You bought your Think! shoes in a shop:
Simply take your shoes to the shop where you bought them. They will check whether a repair is possible and at what cost. Can't remember where you bought the shoe? Don't panic - we have a store locator. Here you can find out which stores are in your neighbourhood.
- You bought your shoes in the official Think! online shop:
If you purchased your shoe here in the official Think! online shop, please contact us using the contact form and have the following information ready:
- Your order number
- The article number (printed on the inside of the shoe)
- Your shoe size
- Photos of the shoes
With this information, we can quickly check whether a repair is possible and at what cost. You will receive a non-binding cost estimate from us.
Alternatively, you can of course have your shoes repaired by your trusted cobbler.
What kind of repairs are possible?
We offer various repair services. These are possible because our shoes are made to a high standard. We can usually replace soles, insoles, heel linings or heels without any problems.
What other service will my shoes receive from Think!?
In addition to repairs, we also give your shoes a beauty treatment: they are refinished, i.e. given a new shine. This means that after your visit to Kopfing, your favourite shoes are not only ready for use again, but also look almost as good as new. Isn't that nice?
Can Think! shoes be repaired more than once?
Basically, yes. The exception is resoling, which is only possible once. And only if the upper and inner material are in perfect condition. Otherwise there is a risk that the material will tear during the repair. Please note that we can only carry out resoles if the right sole for your model is still in stock. This applies in particular to older models.
