Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for orders over € 50.

Shipping costs for orders under € 50: 

Austria and Germany: € 4.90 

All other countries: € 9.90

Returns are free of charge for all orders.


Delivery Countries

Our current delivery countries are Austria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain.



Delivery Time

Your items will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you after receipt of payment. Delivery to Austria and Germany takes 2-5 working days. Delivery to all other countries takes 4-7 working days. For orders via "purchase on account", the goods will be dispatched regardless of receipt of payment. The invoice must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.



Shipping Service Provider

Your order will be delivered by Austrian Post in Austria. In all other countries, delivery is made by DHL, possibly in co-operation with local partners.



Shipment tracking

To check the delivery status of your order, call up the dispatch confirmation that you received by e-mail.

Returns

You can return the shoes to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the shoe does not fit or the item does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return the goods to us.


It's that easy:

  • Pack the unworn shoe in the original shoe box.
  • Optional: Fill out the enclosed returns slip (enter the reason for return as a code in the field provided) and place it in the parcel.
  • Carefully seal the dispatch box.
  • Stick the enclosed return label over the old shipping label.
  • Send the parcel.


As soon as the returned goods have arrived in our warehouse, the corresponding amount will be booked back to you.


Please only use our returns label for your return. Consignments without this label may not be correctly allocated or booked. Smooth processing of your return is therefore not guaranteed. We will not accept unstamped consignments or charge the sender.

If you have misplaced your return label, we will of course be happy to send you a new postal label free of charge. Please contact us here.

The above conditions are not mandatory for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
